We have been established in 2009 and operate offices in Famagusta and Larnaca region, whilst we are active in all the other three cities, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia. Our scope of business includes Selling Real Estate Property, Permanent Residency and Passport Investment Schemes, Construction and Redesign, Property Management & Maintenance, Long Term and Holiday Rentals.

We offer an extensive selection of Properties for Sale, including Residential, Buy to Let Holiday homes, Commercial properties and Land ideal for

Industrial, Commercial and Residential Development. We can undertake feasibility studies for investments, such as property and hotel developments. Furthermore, we can undertake the Construction and Management of such projects by our Subsidiary company.

We operate an In-House Holiday & Long Term Rental Department, which undertakes to Manage Properties and maintain a maximum Rental Occupancy fully. We Manage the Bookings, Income and Expenditure, Cleaning & Maintenance of our clients’ Properties.

For those looking to sell their properties, we undertake to Promote and Sell their properties Fast and guide them through the whole selling process.
