terrain that varies by up to 100m in elevation. The master planning exercise and design of the individual buildings shall therefore require careful consideration 
when locating buildings and roads to maximize the potential of the site, integrating the buildings within the landscape and taking advantage of the wide panoramic views whilst minimizing 
excavation as far as possible.
